Grief is normal to happen. When Holden feels grief about his brother you get more insight towards him. The great times he had with Allie. This shows Holden is not evil but is misunderstood. The grief he feels about Allie's death was in anger and after a while he hides the grief so nobody would know. " I broke all the windows with my fist." was a way to deal with the pain Holden felt. My impression didn't change i still think he acts normal. Holden's anger then to hiding the pain he felt about his brother. People in society handle grief differently. Some people handle it very well and do fine after. While others Might deal with it more harshly like an overly long period of depression or to the most extreme to harm others who caused it or couldn't help at all and closely and if something heinous happens they might even kill people.

Walden has the traits of a future politician. He can handle situations like when acky is in his room looking  around and cutting his nails. Can lie to tone down the problem or to get out of problems. This enthusiasm is like  other politician fighting for a policy or against someone. Can create controversy over things from how he acts. Has the power to challenge people to their ideas.
